Guillaume Vigeant

Guillaume received his Bachelor of Management at UQAM in 2007. He subsequently completed a major in accounting in order to obtain his Chartered Accountancy designation.
He began his professional career at PwC, one of the largest accounting firms in the world.
Following his departure from PwC, he has established a valuation department in an accounting firm, then he later cofounded DV Consultation, a firm specializing in business valuation and financial modeling.
Guillaume has many years of experience in business valuation and has accumulated several professional titles highly in demand in the business community.

Jasmin Deschamps
CPA, CBV
Jasmin obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Science at HEC in 2007. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies in public accounting and earned his Chartered Accountancy designation in 2010 with honors.
Jasmin worked as an auditor in the accounting firm PwC from 2007 to 2011.
In 2011, he continued his career in the business valuation department, financial modeling and forensic accounting at PwC where he graduated as a chartered business valuator (CBV).
Jasmin has many years of experience in business valuation where his role as director allowed him to work on several major assignments in business valuation, both transactional level and in the context of litigation.
Following his departure from PwC, he cofounded DV Consultation, a firm specializing in business valuation and financial modeling.

Nadine Laliberté

Nadine obtained his Master in finance in 2018 and is currently in the process of obtaining her title of chartered business valuator (CBV).
Nadine has carried out numerous valuation mandates in the context of transactions, litigation and tax planning.

Line Racette is one of Canada's best experts in business valuation and litigation support. She has over twenty-five (25) years experience in these areas of practice with major international accounting firms. She has also provided business valuation consulting services through mergers and acquisitions, financing, integration of acquired entities and value creation.
Mrs. Racette is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés (CPA) du Québec (OCPAQ), the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV). She is also a member of the Investigative and Forensic Accounting (IFA) of the CICA.
Mrs. Racette is the principal author of the courses "The ABC of Business Valuation" and “Advanced Business Valuation”, given by the OCPAQ since 1995. She has been a member of the board of the CICBV and the Alliance for Excellence in Investigative and Forensic Accounting of the CICA and a director of the Business Valuation committee of the ASA.
Mrs. Racette has been active in the fields of business valuations and litigation support for over twenty five (25) years. She has also provided consulting services in valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, integration of acquired entities and value creation.
She has written numerous articles on business valuation and has recently been invited by many groups of professionals, the OCAQ, CICBV, APFF, ASA, Insight, Federated Press, the Meredith Conferences of McGill University, the University of Montreal, etc. to address the topic of business valuation, including in a transactional context. She has been accepted as an expert witness in business valuation and litigation support by various Tribunals and Courts in Canada.
