Guillaume received his Bachelor of Management at UQAM in 2007. He subsequently completed a major in accounting in order to obtain his Chartered Accountancy designation.

He began his professional career at PwC, one of the largest accounting firms in the world.

Following his departure from PwC, he has established a valuation department in an accounting firm, then he later cofounded DV Consultation, a firm specializing in business valuation and financial modeling.

​

Guillaume has many years of experience in business valuation and has accumulated several professional titles highly in demand in the business community.

Jasmin obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Science at HEC in 2007. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies in public accounting and earned his Chartered Accountancy designation in 2010 with honors.

Jasmin worked as an auditor in the accounting firm PwC from 2007 to 2011.

​

In 2011, he continued his career in the business valuation department, financial modeling and forensic accounting at PwC where he graduated as a chartered business valuator (CBV).

​

Jasmin has many years of experience in business valuation where his role as director allowed him to work on several major assignments in business valuation, both transactional level and in the context of litigation. 

​

Following his departure from PwC, he cofounded DV Consultation, a firm specializing in business valuation and financial modeling.
